You have the right to request a refund and return the products strictly within fourteen 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
In this case, you are responsible for:
• The shipping costs for returning the products
• The insurance costs
• Any refund processing fees
A prerequisite is that you must first contact our online store at info@nudaveritas.gr or by calling (+30) 210-8956352 within the above deadline.
Refunds are processed using the same method by which the payment was made. If you paid by card, the refund will be made to your card. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed back to your bank account.
Refunds take up to 14 calendar days from the date the products are received by the company and the quality control process is completed. The account holder must be the customer whose name appears on the order.
The products and packaging must:
• Be in excellent condition
• Not have been used, worn or altered from their original condition
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if, during the quality control process, the products are found to be damaged or worn. In such cases, the products will be returned to you at your own expense.
Nuda Veritas assumes no responsibility for losses during shipping or for any other expenses.
Necessary Conditions for Return or Exchange Requests:
- The product must be in its original, excellent condition, intact and unused, inside its packaging.
- The product must have been received, inspected and approved by the company.
- The product must be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.
- Products that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Returns or Exchanges are not accepted:
• For products that have been customized upon order
• Seasonal products may only be exchanged for similar products. Refunds are not offered.
