Delivery Information
● Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.
● All shipments are accompanied by the appropriate tax documentation. If you wish to send a parcel as a gift, please let us know so that we include only the Delivery Notice.
● Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
● Additional charges may apply for products with increased weight.
Delivery Charges
Within the Greater Athens Area:
● Orders below 50€: A delivery charge of 5€ is automatically added at checkout.
● Orders above 50€: Free delivery.
Rest of Greece:
● Orders below 50€: A delivery charge of 5€ is automatically added at checkout.
● Orders above 50€: Free delivery.
Delivery Time
Products are shipped via courier services within three to six 3-6 business days from the date of order confirmation, to the address you specified during checkout.
Products made to order are delivered within the timeframes agreed during the consultation.
Order processing, shipping and delivery take place daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
For areas classified as remote or difficult by the courier service, delivery times may vary.
Recommendations for Receiving Your Order
When receiving the product, we recommend that you personally inspect the delivered item to ensure that the packaging remains intact.
